FAQ

A few practical questions.

If you are trying to work out whether this is too much, too early, or exactly what you have been looking for, start here.

Getting started

It is a private workspace built around your business operations. Instead of asking your team to juggle disconnected AI tools, the hub gives them a simple place to run useful workflows, generate drafts, review outputs and keep approval clear.
No. We are not selling an off-the-shelf platform. We act as your practical AI partner: we help choose the right first workflow, build around the tools you already use, then support the system as your team starts using it.
No. Most businesses only know where the friction is. The Blueprint turns that into a clear first step by mapping your tools, documents, approval points and repeated work.

Fit

Small and medium Australian businesses that already use several tools and have recurring work that is copied, checked, drafted, chased or reported every week. Professional services, advisory, operations-heavy teams and compliance-led businesses tend to be a strong fit.
That can be the right starting point. If a full hub is too much for now, we will recommend a smaller workflow build and keep the path open for a hub later.
Usually no. The point is to connect the tools your team already relies on, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Xero, HubSpot, Notion, Google Workspace, Asana or Excel.

Trust and control

Yes. AI can draft, prepare, check and route work, while sensitive actions and important outputs can wait for a human to approve them.
That depends on the tools, models and integrations selected for your build. If data residency is important, we can design for data-residency-conscious implementation and discuss Australian-hosted options during the Blueprint.

Pricing

The monthly engagement covers the managed system, support, upkeep, monitoring, workflow improvements and practical advisory. Larger new modules or major integrations are scoped clearly before they are added.
Yes. Monthly plans are the clearest starting point, but annual arrangements can be discussed if that better suits your business.
