RPA modernisation

A half-hour call, free, no preparation needed. From there, businesses new to automation get a mapping session, and businesses running an RPA estate get the Estate Assessment, which reads the automation source code itself. Both end in a plan you keep either way.

How we engage

Analysis runs under a signed confidentiality agreement, your source is not retained after delivery, and if policy does not permit source leaving your systems, the same work runs inside your environment at the same price.

No. Most of our work starts from processes that have never been automated at all. The estate work exists for businesses that already run legacy bots and want them documented, ranked and rebuilt.

Not without a person approving it, by default. Outbound work is held on the Hub until someone signs off, and the run log records who approved what, when.

The existing process keeps running while its replacement is built and proven beside it. Cutover happens when your team is satisfied with what they have watched running.

Fixed prices agreed before work starts, sized to the process or the estate. The price is fixed and agreed before we start, and you will have the figure in writing within one business day of the call; you will have the number before you commit to anything.
