Our bots are undocumented. Is that a problem?

It is the normal condition of the estates we read, and why we read code instead of running interviews. The design documents rebuild the record from what the code actually does.

Do you replace every bot with AI?

No. Each process gets its own call: rebuild it directly on your systems, keep it where it is, or replace it with screen operation where no API exists. The ranked assessment states the reasoning either way.

What happens to the person who maintains the bots?

They end up with documentation, a risk register and a say in what gets rebuilt. The estate's future stays with your team; we take the undocumented legacy off their shoulders, and nothing else.

What happens after the assessment?

Whatever you decide. Some clients rebuild from the shortlist, some subscribe to the quarterly re-assessment, and some take the report and act on it internally.
