Pricing

Pricing that starts with the right first step.

You do not need to start with a huge system. Most clients begin with one useful workflow, then expand only when the hub earns its place.

Start With A Blueprint

Major new modules, complex integrations, advanced custom front-end work, unusual data architecture and high-volume usage may be scoped separately. Defined scope is what makes a managed system actually managed.

How tiers are decided

We recommend the tier after we understand the work.

The Blueprint helps us right-size the starting point. Your tier is recommended after we understand the workflows mapped, the integrations involved, the size of the team using the hub and the complexity of the first useful module.

What's included in the retainer

Hosting, monitoring, support, workflow maintenance, AI agent improvements, prompt updates, integration upkeep, error handling, monthly improvements, roadmap planning and usage review.

What's scoped separately

Major new modules, complex new integrations, custom front-end work, unusual data architecture and high-volume usage spikes. These are quoted on top of the retainer when they come up.

Cancellation & data ownership

You own your business data. Handover, export and continuity options are agreed during the Blueprint. The retainer covers managed hosting, monitoring, support and improvements.

FAQ

Pricing questions

For Pilot and Managed Hub tiers, simple builds may proceed without a setup fee. Larger hubs in the Partner tier may include a build sprint or setup fee, depending on scope. Always confirmed during the Blueprint, never a surprise at contract.
Yes, if that is the better fit. A managed AI Hub needs enough scope to justify hosting, monitoring, support and improvement time. If your need is genuinely smaller than the Pilot tier, we will suggest a lighter automation or an off-the-shelf tool instead.
Most engagements are structured as managed monthly retainers. If you need an annual plan, longer-term agreement or a different procurement structure, we can discuss that during the Blueprint and shape the commercial terms around what your business requires.
Standard usage is included in the retainer. Unusually high-volume usage is scoped separately and discussed up front. No surprise bills.
Yes. Many clients start at Pilot to prove value on one workflow, then move to Managed Hub once they have seen the impact and want more modules. Upgrades are scoped around the next useful module or workflow.
