Pricing that starts with the right first step.
You do not need to start with a huge system. Most clients begin with one useful workflow, then expand only when the hub earns its place.

How tiers are decided
We recommend the tier after we understand the work.
The Blueprint helps us right-size the starting point. Your tier is recommended after we understand the workflows mapped, the integrations involved, the size of the team using the hub and the complexity of the first useful module.
What's included in the retainer
Hosting, monitoring, support, workflow maintenance, AI agent improvements, prompt updates, integration upkeep, error handling, monthly improvements, roadmap planning and usage review.
What's scoped separately
Major new modules, complex new integrations, custom front-end work, unusual data architecture and high-volume usage spikes. These are quoted on top of the retainer when they come up.
Cancellation & data ownership
You own your business data. Handover, export and continuity options are agreed during the Blueprint. The retainer covers managed hosting, monitoring, support and improvements.
