Empire Automate Pty Ltd (ABN 45 689 370 394) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.empireautomate.com, why we collect it and how we handle it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This policy covers website use only. If you become a client, information handled during an engagement will also be governed by the relevant service agreement.
What we collect
- Form submissions: name, email address and any optional information you choose to provide, such as business name, team size, tools, workflow notes, preferred call time or a question.
- Analytics and advertising data: page views, referral source, campaign parameters, device and browser information, scroll depth, button clicks and form events.
- Browser storage: session identifiers, UTM parameters, page count and entry page information stored in session storage for analytics continuity.
